Our Handrail Systems have been designed and engineered to meet the compliance standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) guide lines. Built and shaped to provide the utmost in safety and support, our Handrail Systems offer the look and feel of real wood at a fraction of the cost. That’s because our Handrail Systems feature the same exclusive heavyweight PVC veneers (12-16mil) used in our highly respected Molding and Wainscot Systems. These beautiful veneers are laminated through a process of heat and pressure to Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF).This process provides all the key properties of real wood without the drawbacks of shrinkage, splitting, sap streaks, or knots. 

Unlike wood rails, SpecTrim® Handrails install easily, won’t warp, and the joints remain tight throughout varying conditions of temperature change and aging. Perfect for nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living or any health care application, SpecTrim® Handrails feature an anti-microbial finish and cleans easily.
